Payment Options
I only accept Paypal as a payment option. Paypal is the safest way to make a money transaction due to the fact that it protects both the buyer and the seller. If anything goes wrong, you can be sure that Paypal will be on your side and give you a full refund. You can open a dispute case with your bank and notify Paypal if you never received your item, or anything else unsatisfied.
You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to purchase from my Makeup Boutique. Paypal lets you have the option of paying directly with your credit card, but transfer the money to my email address. All major credit cards that meets Paypal requirements are welcome from any bank issued in the world.
When you make a purchase and successfully made a payment via Paypal or credit card, you are paying only for the listed price of the item(s). I will have to send you another invoice for all shipping charges made. Therefore, you will have two payments total for your purchase. The actual item payment, and then the shipping payment. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience but I am limited to what I can do on this site because it is a free and does not have full features.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am based in California and ship internationally.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?
I only ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). They are the lowest in rates. I do not ship out on Saturdays/Sundays and holidays. I also have a 3 days max handling time after receiving your payment successfully. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are. For the USA it could take up to a two weeks, and International could take up 4-8 weeks.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES WITHIN THE USA?
I ship based on how many items you purchase. As of January 27, 2013, USPS has raised shipping prices. Therefore, my shipping prices has since changed. Please see their website for details.
1-2 items = $3.50
3-7 items = $8.50
8 or more = $13.00
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES OUTSIDE THE USA?
For international shipping regardless of what country, I ship out in a flat rate box depending on how many items you purchase. The currency is in USD.
1 item = $8.00 (Bubble Mailer)
2-5 items = $20.00 (small flat rate box)
6 or more = $38.00 (medium flat rate box)
In Thai Baht (estimate, please search google for current currency exchange)
1 item = 237 Baht (Bubble Mailer)
2-5 items = 594 Baht (small flat rate box)
6 or more items = 1,426 Baht (medium flat rate box)
With the shipping method that I use (USPS), they do not provide confirmation numbers/tracking numbers for international packages. The only way to prove that I have shipped out your package is the receipt that I get after I pay for the postage. I am more than happy to provide you with the receipt by scanning it and sending it to you over email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery time. Sometimes it can take longer, since it will be going through customs.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?
Again, if you are in the USA, you can track your package with the confirmation number. For international orders, there's really no way that either the buyer or I could track the package. You can call the postal service and inquire about it. Please note that I will send you a copy of the scanned receipt of payment from the postal office of USPS to ensure that I did mail your package if you request proof from me. Just let me know in an email.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE INQUIRY
I'm so sorry but I am not responsible/liable for any lost or damaged item due to errors made by the shipping carrier. I can assure you that all items and packages are in brand new condition when they leave my hands.
Sometimes during the shipping process packages may become dirty or a bit dented. This is just from handling. To press further on about your package(s) if you may become suspicious, I highly recommend you call the carrier (USPS) directly.

Return and Exchange Policy
I'm sorry to say that I cannot do any exchanges or returns. All sales are final. With this in mind, please be careful and think thoroughly before you commit on buying anything. Everything should be as pictured and as described so that you know what you are buying exactly.
